What we keep
- Your e-mail address — it is how you sign in.
- Your positions: the ticker, the quantity, the average cost, the date you bought and the sector you choose.
- The display currency you prefer, and a session token.
- If you set a password, only a one-way hash of it. The password itself is never stored and cannot be read back.
We do not ask for your name, your phone number or any bank details, and your account is not connected to any broker.
Where it is kept
In this site's own database. Every request passes one check that turns a session token into your account id, and every read and write is bound to that id. No path in the code reads another reader's rows.
Prices and company data
Prices are fetched by the server, not by your browser, and cached for a few minutes shared by everyone. The data provider does not know who you are or what you own — it sees a request for one ticker.
Payment
Membership is taken by Patreon. We never see or store a card. What we keep is that a pledge is active and the date it renews.
Deleting your account
Write to us from the address you signed up with and your account and your positions are deleted in full.
